Astrology Stamps Argument Continues

A set of stamps released by Austria in 2005 is still causing arguments, and is alleged to be culminating in an international court case. Details are scarce as no official comments have been made by either side.

The argument surrounds a set of astrology stamps issued by Austria, containing eight stamps with four different designs including Leo, Virgo and Libra.

The Leo stamp features a lion on a mountain top, looking up at a star constelation. It is alleged that the design is similar to a scene from "The Lion King", a famous Disney Film.

As I mentioned before, details are very scarce, and it is unclear if Disney themselves are alleging the copyright infringement, although that seems the obvious conclusion.
