Flowers are popular, and these again may be divided into wild flowers, cultivated flowers, orchids, etc.

There are dealers throughout the world specializing in topical stamps, and they offer a service in topical as they are issued. You subscribe to the services, and they either notify you or send you the stamps as they come out. This way you are made aware of the topical you want to collect as they are printed, and you do not miss any countries that might otherwise escape your notice.

Olympic Games stamps are a good topic to collect and many countries have issued stamps commemorating the different Olympics throughout the years.
