New Zealand Becomes Narnia on a stamp! PDF Print E-mail
New Zealand has become the setting for the new Chronicles of Narnia film, Prince Caspian. The postal authorities have released a $1.00 stamp to commemorate the film, and others are planned to be released soon.

New Zealand has become a popular filming location in recent years, mainly due to the fantastic landscapes, depicted in the epic Lord Of The Rings trilogy. The tourist trade has grown enourmously with the success of the films and the stamps will be well publicised, alongside the film release.
